The Taft Foundation was established in 2004 by Don Taft, a businessman and philanthropic leader in Broward County, Florida. The work of The Taft Foundation is continually guided by the principles of founder Don Taft. To honor his spirit, our team finds inspiration in the saying, “What would Don do?”

The Taft Foundation grant application cycle is by invitation only. The Taft Foundation does not accept unsolicited requests. Receiving a grant is no guarantee of future funding. Each organization receiving a grant must provide status reports at six month and twelve month intervals during the duration of the grant.
